In today's modern times, one of the most commonly used form of communication is through mobile phones. When we want to communicate with our loved ones and friends, we do it mostly by calling or texting them. Although mobile phones have become essential and important in our day to day lives, we sometimes are hesitant about it because we know that it would cost us a lot too. That is why it is important that we should be able to choose a mobile phone company which can offer us consumers the best value for our money.

One of the most trusted name in the mobile industry is TracFone Wireless Inc.. They have been tagged as America's largest No Contract Cellular Service with over 18.8 million subscribers. TracFone offers their customers a lot of mobile services, one of which is NET10.

If you want more features such as camera and video recorders, MP3 players and more, you can choose something under $40. For high end phones, they have a variety for under $60.

Getting started with NET10 is also easy. Here's how it works:
* First, you have to buy and activate your NET10 phone. Then you have to activate it on their website which can be found here.

*After activating, test your phone to see if its already working by making a test call, sending a text message or downloading a ringtone. A successful attempt would mean that its already activated.

*To ensure that your NET10 service is active, make sure that you buy and add an Airtime Card before the Service End Date. You can see it displayed on your phone screen so be sure to check it out.

Wet n Wild "Sage in the City" {Nail Swatch + NOTD}

Finally I had the chance to test the nail polishes (read blog post here) that I won a month ago. Today I used Wet n Wild's Sage in the City Fast Dry Nail Polish. This nail polish is greenish in color, but I think its on a lighter side.

Its not sheer, one coat would have been enough but I opted for two coats because I want it to last longer. I don't have top coat on it so I am hoping it will indeed last long even without it because its quite thick.

If you look at the color in the bottle, its somewhat army green in color. It looks a little solid in shade but when applied you'll notice that its a bit shiny and glittery, but not much.

Green is my favorite color (next to purple), so I'm really glad that I had this one in my collection.

I love the print on top of the bottle =)

Macro shot... Love this :)

Wet n Wild Nail Polishes

I have always been into nail polishes and nail art designs, though I don't claim to be good at it. This is because of the unavailability of tools and resources here which makes me say that my works are not that good. But that does not hinder me from continuing what I love to do which is painting my nails :)

Like I said, due to the unavailability of materials, I am just making use of what's here. When it comes to nail polishes, I am not fond of brands. Basically because the good/branded ones are not readily available here in the Philippines, and if they are, I cant afford them because of their high price. So my only resort as to owning a few branded bottles would be through samples and giveaways. That's also one of the reasons why I'm fond of joining giveaways, to be able to have a taste of what those branded and international brands are capable of.

Speaking of giveaways, I just got my prize from Ms. Vee of Dime on a Dime. She just hosted a Wet n Wild Quick Dry Nail Polish Giveaway last July, and luckily I was picked as one of the winners. I was very excited on this certain giveaway because the prizes at stake were just too good for me to let it pass.

And so my prize came a week ago, 6 bottles of Wet n Wild Quick Dry Nail Polishes! Can you believe it? Its actually my first time to own nail polishes from Wet n Wild, so I'm really expecting a lot from it :) And now without further adieu I'm gonna show you what I got.

Yay for bubble wrap, and the sweet note that came with the package :)

Don't forget to check out Ms. Vee's blog :)

Two small boxes each containing three nail polish bottles.

Six bottles of Nail Polishes ^____^

The nail polishes all came with cute and funny names which I'm assuming are taken from or inspired by some US television shows. I'm quite familiar with a few of the names and I find it really cute and uhm, funny? Haha. It's nice to name nail polishes this way because it also adds creativity to it.

Teal of Fortune is somewhat blue in color, but is frosted. By frosted I mean that the shade is not solid in color because it has a glittery effect. I'm not sure how this type of shade is called but here in the Philippines these types of nail polishes are called Frosted :P

I don't know why this one is called Hannah Pinktana, I can't seem to see pink on this bottle. For me its somewhat closer to lilac or purple, but I wouldn't dare call it pink. Still the name is cute, and just like the Teal of Fortune, this one's glittery too.

Gray's Anatomy is a nice name, simple and straight to the point but still unique. Unlike the first two shades, this one's a bit solid in shade but I still consider it as the frosted type primarily because its like silver and silver sparkles lol.

Teal or no Teal is a very popular game show, it was even shown here in the Philippines. This shade is the solid version of Teal of Fortune, the latter being too glittery.

I'm not sure, but I think this one is names after Sex and the City.. or was it Sex in the City? Nah, whichever it is, I don't know why its associated with the color green. Is sage supposed to be related to greenish stuffs? The shade on the bottle looks a bit dull and dark, but when applied to the nails its actually lighter in shade, almost lime, only darker than lime haha. And it does not appear to be super solid in shade at all because I can see some glitters and sparkly effects on it.

The last bottle is called Ebony Hates Chris. I'm not familiar with this one, and so is the shade. For me it looks like black or something. Will have to check it out when I get to use it.

Out of the six bottles, I've only tried the Sage in the City and so far I'm loving it. I'm gonna show swatches/reviews soon after I have tried each bottle. I'm not on day 3 of wearing this nail polish and I haven't seen any chipping parts, and I did not even apply top coat. I hope this one stays long enough, like maybe a week because I still don't feel like removing them yet.

Once again I'd like to thank Ms Vee for this chance of owning such pretty nail polishes. This really made my day when I got them on the post. I hope I get to win more of these sorts ^grin^

Good Housekeeping Necklace

I love giveaways, especially when I win ^___^

Last July, Yellow Art Heart had a giveaway on her blog. The prize was a $10 credit to Jaclyn1423's Etsy Shop (Jaclyn has a lot of pretty items for sale, I suggest you check it out). I was so happy when I got the email saying I won the said giveaway. Yay~

I immediately went to Jaclyn's shop and browse through what's for sale. I had a hard time choosing what to spend my credit to because really, the items she has are all nice. I ended up purchasing a necklace which I found cool and cute and unique, the Good Housekeeping Necklace :)

And so sometime last week the parcel arrived already and now I'm wearing it almost everyday, even if I'm just at home. Hehe I told you its pretty cute and I love it to bits :> I'm gonna spam you with photos so go on and take a look.

I love it when packages comes in bubble wrap because I love to pop the bubbles. I get annoyed when I can't pop it lol haha.

Jaclyn was so sweet to include in a letter of thanks. I'm really happy when I get personal letters in the mail too, it makes the package more sweet? Heee.

Bubble Wrap!

The necklace I chose. I love the scissors <3

Blurry, but still a cutie :3

And here's me with the necklace.. But where's my face? I cut it using the scissors in the necklace, HAHA :P

Yey I was super happy that I chose this because it is indeed super cute :) Thanks Jaclyn and Yellow Art Heart.

A Gift From Me to You {NOTD}

I have been dying to purchase new nail polishes and so when I had a chance I immediately grabbed two bottles! Haha. I chose a red and a frosted brown shade (will blog about it soon) because I know I don't have any shade like that. I have been weary about wearing red on my nails because people might think I'm this or that (LOL). But turns out its super pretty ^_^

For today's nail, I did a very simple but pretty and classy design. This nail art is inspired by "gifts". If you don't know what I mean, try to look at gifts and what do you see? Ribbons right? So yeah, I painted my nails red and drew a ribbon it to make it look like its gift wrapped or something. And to add details, I popped in a few dots and tadaaa! Here's what it looks like.

I'm still no expert when it comes to applying nail polishes properly and perfectly but I'm getting there :) Hope you like this nail art. Have a good Sunday everyone!

Keep Up with your Studies. Find Your Education now!

They say that education is one of the best things that a person can have, and must treasure forever because it is something that nobody can ever steal from you. With education, a person can then become whatever it is that he/she wants to be in life. Education is the key to a person's success. And while most of us have easy access to education, there are still those people who find it hard to pursue their studies because of various factors such as time and place. With that, a solution has been provided to make it easy for people to continue their studies through online degree programs

Traditional schooling is still very much popular nowadays, but with the rising popularity of online education, many people have already been introduced to online schooling and has seen and experience its beauty. What separates online education is that it offers a lot of benefits to people and for those who wants to experience school. One of the main reasons as to why it is preferred by most people is because it is more flexible than traditional schooling. Studying in online schools enables students, especially those persons who are already working to still continue their studies while at the same time continue their jobs. Another advantage is that it saves you a lot of money because you can do it even at the comforts of your home. You wont be spending money on boarding fees as well as transportation. If you are looking forward to enrolling on a certain degree program which might not be available in your local institution, you can easily enroll on it via online programs. The good thing about this online studying is that it gives you all the access to all colleges and university degree programs that are being offered either nationally or internationally.

Enrolling via online is just the same as enrolling in traditional schools. Although their might be a slight difference in the process but overall the scenario is basically just the same. You will be able to choose which degree programs you would want to enroll. If you are into computer and stuffs, then you might consider enrolling in online degree programs in information technology. Or if you are into medicine and science then you might consider a degree in medicine. There are actually a lot of online programs that are available for students to enroll at. It is important that you are sure about what course program to choose to make sure that you are getting the most of your education.

Online education might be cheaper for some but there are still those who can't afford such. This is not a problem because you can get help in paying for your college degree. All you have to do is to apply for a federal student aid. Applying for an FSA is free at You might want to check it out for more information about how to apply and how it goes.

Overall, no matter how hard it might be to finish school, one must not lose hope because there will always be a solution. What's important is that we never lose the courage to continue and pursue our dreams.

Old McDonald Had a Cow {NOTD}

Been MIA for a few days, but now I'm back with a very short post. Just a quick NOTD to show you guys what I've been doing since last last night, hehe.

Okay so my mother asked me to download some nursery rhymes on my little sister's MP3 player so that she could listen to them and sing along. I came across the good ole song Old McDonald had a Farm and thought, hey I've been doing animal inspired nail art like the Zebra Inspired Nail Art (which was supposed to be white but I ended up using something blue, weird huh?) and the Leopard Print (which I think I failed, again) so why not do another one? This time, since I was so hung up on this nursery rhyme, I decided to do a Cow Inspired Nail Art, haha. Lemme show you, but please be aware that I'm no pro so it might be not that perfect or pretty :)

First I used a white nail polish for the base. I applied two coats of white nail polish for a better finish.

 One coat.

Two coats.

And then after a few minutes of this and that, here's the result =)

Its still a little bit messy as I'm not yet done cleaning, but overall I love the outcome :)

Lez Volt In

I won this cute pair of Robot Earrings from Ms. Moriah Bethany when she had her giveaway last June. I got my prize last week and it as super pretty :) Check it out.

Its so cute, and reminds me of that Television show when I was young, Voltes V.

I'm not sure if its readable though, but the back says something like Walt Disney Productions. Hmmm

Thanks to Ms Moriah for this very beautiful pair of earrings. I love it <3. And now I'm leaving you with a photo of me wearing it. Hope you love it as much as I do. Have a nice day.
