Flower Boy Ramen Shop / 꽃미남 라면가게 / Kkotminam Ramyeongage
After watching Pure Love, I have struggled to find a new Korean drama to watch. And now finally, the wait is over because Flower Boy Ramen Shop has started airing in South Korea. Yaaaay~ Haha I have been waiting for this drama because it stars my newest crush Jung Il Woo, a.k.a. scheduler from the drama series Pure Love. Like I said, it has just started airing and currently there are 4 episodes out. It sucks to wait for a week for two episodes to be available because this drama is shown only every Mondays and Tuesdays. Nah but its okay because its just so worth the wait. I'm loving it already. Although I must admit I dont like the lead girl that much, but as the story unfolds I find the two of them so cute I couldn't wait for a new episode every week. Grrr.
About the drama, I already said that I am already loving Chi Soo and Eun Bi's love team. But then I just so hate the other girl So Yi, she's such a bitch haha. If only I could stab her lol. And oh, another cute thing here is Kim Ba Ool, so cute lah :p
Enough with my rants, I'll just show to you some screen caps I made with Jung Il Woo, along with a few information about this drama ^_^ I hope you watch it because it is really funny and wonderful, trust me :)

49 Days (Pure Love) - Korean Drama Review
To be honest, I was never interested in this drama when I first saw it advertised on TV. But when I started watching a few episodes, I have come to like it. Idk why but something about the story of the series drew me to it, and so it has become one of my must watch drama series ^_^ If you haven't heard about this drama, I'll first give you an over view.
Drama Title: 49 Days
Genre: Fantasy, Romance
Casts: Jo Hyun Jae, Jung Il Woo, Lee Yo Won, Nam Gyu Ri, Bae Soo Bin
Summary: A young woman named Ji Hyun was enjoying absolute bliss as she was about to be married with her fiancé, but her perfect life is shattered in a car accident that left her in a coma. She is given a second chance at life by a reaper, but it comes with a condition: she has to find three people outside of her family who would cry genuine tears for her. In order to do this, she borrows the body of Yi Kyung, a part-time employee at a convenience store.
My Review
Just like what I said, I wasn't really into this drama until I saw a few episodes. The story for me is quite unique, more of so not true or far from reality. Imagine a dead people being given the chance to live again. I mean yeah that could be possible, but no one can really prove it. I like the lead actress Ji Hyun (Nam Gyu Ri), she is very pretty and so kawaii. I must admit she was one of the reasons why I watched because she is so doll like and cute. And of course, no drama would be completed without a bad character, which for me is Shin In Jung. I really hate her in this drama, though I must admit she is pretty too but nah, how could she do such things to her best friend? Evil girl. Sometimes love really makes us do things that are so bad.
The plot for me was unpredictable. As Ji Hyun neared his 49th day, I never thought that she would be able to accomplished what she has to do. I was extremely happy when Ji Hyun was able to live because she can be happy now with Han Kang but an unexpected thing happen :| . I was truly crying and crying the whole time while watching this because Ji Hyun died in the end ^silly me for crying so hard lol^ . Anyways, this drama has a lot of twists in the story thats why I loved it. Who would have thought that the scheduler and Song Yi Kyung were once lovers? And although the reasons why Ji Hyun should use only Yi Kyung's body was stated, there was another reason behind it. Can you guess what? I totally wasn't expecting that they were sisters! Yes, in the end of the drama the truth was uncovered, and that Ji Hyun and Yi Kyung were sisters. Pretty much interesting :)
There were many scenes in the drama that made me cry, especially during the last few episodes. Yi Kyung and Yi Soo's scenes made me cry a river. I didn't know a love like that could exist, even in death. I could somehow feel the pain of the characters, especially when Yi Soo (scheduler) said that Yi Kyung should let him go because it would be the only way that they could both be happy. Letting go is never easy *tears are starting to fall again lol* . Maybe I was just able to relate it to my own situation that's why I was crying a lot :) But really, I suggest that you watch this drama. This is the third korean drama that made me cry, first was Endless Love I (Autumn in my Heart), then came My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, and now this :( To be honest, the ending disappointed me. I was already at that point where the story was so good and then suddenly it ended like that. But nevertheless I still love the plot, and the characters in this drama.
Okay enough babbling, I know you want to watch 49 Days so I'll give you the link. You can watch 49 Days online on this site. I'm sure you wont regret it :)
And now for some screen shots that I made... enjoy ^_^ and happy watching.
Shin Ji Hyun in Song Yi Kyung's body, talking to another 49 days traveler. The girl in the background is none other than the evil Shin In Jung.
Nam Gyu Ri kawaii ^^
I bet you weren't expecting to see them together right? Haha yes, they were a couple before Yi Soo died that tragic death which took away Yi Kyung's happy disposition in life
And another twist in the story! The four of them, Ji Hyun, Han Kang, Yi Soo and Yi Kyung have already met each other in high school. But they don't remember (this was just a flashback of Yi Kyung's memory)
Song Yi Kyung fainted after remembering the past. In this scene, the scheduler (Song Yi Soo) was also able to remember a little bit about his past...
Pity that he died :( And to think he was even ready to propose ^sad^
I must say, scheduler is super handsome haha
As he was nearing the end of his term as a scheduler, he was granted one wish. He wished to be able to be with Yi Kyung for the last time, tell her about what really happened on that day that he died. He finished what was left of their past. Although it was painful for both of them, Yi Soo had to do it for him to be able to continue a happy life in heaven. These scenes really made me cry a lot :|

What the story is all about...
Mary (Moon Geun-Young) is a young woman with the energy of the sun. She looks like her late mother, but her hot temper comes straight from her deadbeat father (Park Sang-Myeon). Her father always makes troubles as a failed businessman, but Mary also loves him the most. Because Mary can't afford to pay her college tuition fees, she temporarily stops attending school. Without having any special skills, Mary starts to work odd jobs. One day, Mary's father proposes that Mary marries a man named Jung-In to pay off their debts. When Mary hears of her father's plan she devise her own plan. Mary takes fake wedding pictures with her new friend Mu-Gyul (Jang Geun-Suk), whom she has just met over the last couple of days. She sends the pictures to her father's cellphone with the message that this is the man she loves and will marry. Unfortunately for Mary, her deadbeat father has already registered a marriage certificate on her behalf with Jung-In! Jung-In then proposes that Marry spend 100 days of marriage with both men and decide whom she wants to live with.
Mu-Gyul (Jang Geun-Suk) is the lead vocalist and guitarist for a rock band. He is chic and lives a carefree bohemian lifestyle. He doesn't talk much and only wants to make music. Mu-Gyul doesn't care about success. He also suffers trauma with his mother and, because of this, becomes tired of the women he dates and leaves them. Mu-Gyul is a bad guy to women. When it appears Mu-Gyul will never get married a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity comes about. He meets Mary, money becomes involved and a 100 days of marriage ensues. During this time, Mu-Gyul not knowing the meaning of family, surprisingly falls in love with Mary who is combative, loyal, and spunky. Mu-Gyul finds himself becoming a rival of Jung-In for Mary's love.
Jung-In (Kim Jae-Wook) is the president of music company JI Entertainment producing a music drama. Jung-In was born into a wealthy family and has never lacked money. Jung-In is also good looking and has good manners. Because of this, Jung-In appears to be highly eligible bachelor for marriage. But, Jung-In also has a cold side - he doesn't like becoming too close to people. His weakest point is that he can never say no to his father. He enters into a 100 day fake marriage with Mary and soon falls in love with Mary. Jung-In also comes across Mu-Gyul who will help fulfill Jung-In's dream in the music world. Mu-Gyul will also become a rival for Jung-In over Marry. Then Seo-Jun enters the picture.
Seo-Jun (Kim Hyo-Jin) is a sexy and sophisticated woman. She also comes from a rich family. Seo-Jun works as an actress, preferring to make movies rather than dramas. Seo-Jun broke up with Mu-Gyul about a year ago, but still occasionally attends his performances without his knowledge. She also has the same care-free spirit as Mu-Gyul. Seo-Jun then meets Mu-Gyul once again and makes a contract for a drama produced by Jung-In. Seo-Jun starts to develop feelings for Jung-In in a bizarre love triangle.
Characters
I first started watching this kdrama early this year, but since there were newer kdramas that came out this year too, I ended up not finishing this one because I watched other kdramas first. But when this was shown here in the Philippines, I again started to watch it, and this time I'm already on episode 12. I'm pretty much sure that I won't find any DVDs yet so I opted to watch Marry Me, Mary online.
In my opinion, this is one fun kdrama that everybody should watch. It has lot of lessons being taught, one of which was how a person can change. I must say that this is one of my aboslute favorite kdramas and that you hsould watch it because its more of a romantic comedy :)
Anyways, here are some screenshots that I have captured while watching Marry Me, Marry online. Enjoy ^_^

My Princess (Korean Drama)
When I first saw the trailer on ABS-CBN days ago, I instantly remembered Princess Hours which was also another kdrama from the same station. I was reminded because of the word princess and the way the trailer was shown or told, I then concluded that the story is similar in content to Princess Hours. The male leading character Song Seung-Heon also caught my attention because he looks so familiar but I cant seem to place his face till I researched on him and realized that he was the one who played the role of Johnny in Autumn Tale or Endless Love I.

Mischievous Kiss (Playfull Kiss)
If you love koreanovelas as much as I do, then this kdrama is a must watch for you.
I've always loved kdramas. Some of my favorites include Princess Hours, My Girl, Boys Over Flowers, You're Beautiful and many more. I love romantic comedy koreanovelas and so I really searched the internet for something new to watch since its been a long time since I was able to see one. And so I came upon this very cute and typical love-hate relationship between two people who were destined to be with each other.
