Hi everyone. Today I am gonna be posting a review of a waxing strip which we've used last month, but I had to wait for a month before posting this review so that I can give more insights and input about the product. This is from a brand called Silk Organix, and its the Body Wax Strips with Aloe Vera and Almond Extract. I just took this one because it was the first thing I saw when I was scanning Watsons for waxing strips. And also because it was cheap.

Review: Deonat Natural Mineral Deodorant
Today's post will be a review about the deodorant that I'm currently using and loving - the Deonat Natural Mineral Deodorant. There are different variants of this product but the one that I'm specifically using us the blue one with "tawas". Before, I was using different products like Nivea, Dove and Avon deo for my underarm, but early this year I've switched to Deonat and I am so happy with my decision.

Lazada 11.11 Haul from Mistine
Today my order from Lazada came! This was my only 11.11 order from Lazada and I feel so mature because usually I have a lot off orders during the 11.11 sale haha. Anyways, I bought 6 items from Mistine because they were on sale and the reviews look promising. Mistine is a famous brand from Thailand by the way, and recently became popular here in the Philippines because of Thai BL actors like Bright, Win, Tay and New. Yes, I am a fan and I watch BL, but I haven't purchased anything from the Idolo series yet.
So for now I'll show you what I got and reviews will be posted as soon as I am able to use the items. P.S. - some of the items are for my mom so the reviews and photos will be based on her experience.
First up is this MelaKlear Alpha Arbutin Anti-Melasma Concentrate Cream. My mom has been complaining about the dark spots on her face and she claims its melasma so I got this for her. Its a day and night cream that claims to effectively lighten dark spots specially melasma so I hope this works for her as I got two bottles.

October Haul
Walked past a shopping mall earlier today and decided to go inside and take a peek at whats on sale as it was also raining. The beauty section had a sale and I was overwhelmed with the prices but only end up with 2 things. Haha oh well, this is maturity. You should only buy the things that you really need :)
I realized I need new set of razors for hygiene purposes and when I saw this set of 3 razors for just Php 39.00 I instantly grabbed them. Its pink too!
Ive been so into the drunk blush trend lately and wanted to try a new blush on makeup. Although my trust old Jordana Blush is perfectly fine but the blush brush that I currently have seems to have triggered the acne on my cheeks so now I wanted to try cream type or something that doesn't require a brush.
Saw this product from Ever Bilena on Facebook and decided to try it as its cream type. It looks like a face moisturizer but when you apply it, it will stain your skin pink. Hopefully its gonna be easy to apply.
Ever Bilena was on sale but sadly this item wasnt on sale so I bought it for the full price of Php 95.00. Not too bad but a discount would have been nice haha.
Im excited to try the blush on! Hopefully it goes well as this would really save me some time whenever I try to get ready for work. Review soon!

Naturals by Watson's: Argan Oil Hair Care Products
NOTE: This isnt a full review, but more of a first impression. Will update this post after a few weeks to see if there are any notable changes and to also give a final conclusion about the product.
Finally completed my hair care set today. I havent been coloring my hair for months now and I'm so proud of being able to control myself haha. Now I'm all about hair care and making sure that it is fixed before its too late. Ive been hearing a lot of good things about Argan Oil for tha hair and decided to finally buy a set of hair care products to see if it will be better.
I found these product from my local Watson's. From the line Naturals by Watson's, I bought the Argan Oil variant for the Shampoo, Hair Mask and Conditioner. All three products were on sale so I did save a few
L-R: Argan Oil Shampoo Php 159, Argan Oil Hair Mask Php 149, Argan Oil Conditioner Php 149
This is the product that I bought first, so I have been using it for a week or two maybe. It comes in a decent size of 490 ml which is okay for its price point. It really smells good and after effect is also good for me so far. I have been suffering with frizzy hair after arriving at work due to the wind on my travel time but lately I find my hair easier to manage even with the wind blowing. It makes my hair softer and easier to comb as well.
I was hesitant to buy this product because its just a hair mask and I already have a conditioner but decided to just buy it altogether because sale haha. This is set to be used a few times per week only, not daily so maybe its a treatment of some sort. This bottle just contains 200 ml, which is too little for me but if it inst used daily then I guess it should be fine. Smell is also good, and just like the shampoo my hair felt rough after washing with water. When my hair dried properly, my hair felt a bit smooth and soft to touch which is a good thing. Hopefully it will really treat my hair and fix the damage coloring for years has done.
I only started using this shampoo today and the smell is good. It comes in a big sized pump bottle, having 490 ml of product which isn't bad considering the cost. It bubbles easily too, but after washing away I feel like my hair is coarse to touch. I've seen similar after effects to other shampoo brands so it doesn't really bother me.
This is a pic of my hair today, which I will put for reference to see how my hair is before using the item. Its not as bad as before as I already cut my hair but it still feels dry and damaged to me. I've been touching my hair and it does feel soft at times but you can still feel the coarse texture and I'm really hoping these products will do wonders for me.

REVIEW: Foodaholic Snail Moisture Hand Cream
Hi! Today Im gonna be reviewing a Korean beauty product that I dont normally use but bought it cos it was cheap and on sale. Haha
Im talking about Foodaholic's Snail Moisture Hand Cream. To be honest, our hot weather doesn't really require our hands to be moisturized because its already too hot, unlike in countries where they have winter and its cold. But I am working in an air-conditioned office and sometimes I find it essential to actually have a hand cream with me to moisturize my hand.
The packaging itself id very simple and clean, which is good. It comes in a standard tube container which is also hygienic compared to hose in tubs.
I'm pretty sure you've heard about snail secretes being a staple in some Korean Beauty Products, and this hand cream isn't an exemption. Now lets go take a look at how the product actually fared as far as its promises are concerned.
CLAIMS:
[✓] Keep your hands soft and silky.
[✓] Fragrant fresh feeling.
[✓] Keeps hands hydrated.
[?] Improves the elasticity of the skin.
This one whole tube is actually quite big at 100mL and I reckon it will last me for 2-3 months specially since I don't religiously use it. The ingredients and what nots are written at the back of the packaging itself and well, its in Korean so I can't read them. Not yet *_*
The cream itself is white in color, and has a faint smell which I actually don't mind. It doesn't irritate me that much though I cant describe what the smell is. I know it doesn't smell like snail though lol.
Its just like any other hand cream in appearance, nothing special there. But having snail secretes on your hand is something that doesn't happen everyday so its still amazes me.
Upon application, I feel like its not absorbed easily by my skin so I had to rub it a while before its fully absorbed. Its also sticky for me, but not to the point of me hating it. I guess most hand lotion/creams are sticky except if its water based I believe? Besides, this one promises moisture.
Here's a comparison of my hand with one side having no hand cream and the other one with the cream applied. You can instantly see that its really moisturized (well its a hand cream after all) and its quite shiny (forgive my lack of vocabulary). The dewy look is a staple for most Koreans and if my hands will look this moisturized all the time then count me in! I just wish my skin on my face would be this dewy too haha.
Overall I really like the product for its sole purpose of moisturizing my hand specially when its cold at work. Its affordable and I got it on sale plus the tube is quite big, I've had it for months and I'm not even halfway yet. Its a good thing to have when I need to moisturize my hand. As for the elasticity claim that it has stated I can't yet comment on that as I haven't really been using it for a long time but hopefully when I finish the tube I might get the answer to that.

Nivea Energy Fresh Anti Perspirant Deodorant in Lemongrass
I just realized that I ran out of my current deo, and just when I am about to go somewhere.. So I had no choice but to go and find something that will have to do for a while, or until I can buy again my current deo. I am using something from the same brand which is Nivea, but its the spray on type. I figured that it iss better to use than the traditional roll on ones because I have a feeling that the latter stains the arm pit parts of my shirts. Just my luck that I ran out of it :|
I wasn't really looking for specifics when I bought this, just that I really have to have a deodorant regardless of what it is. Lol. And so I picked up this mini roll on from Nivea. I was surprised to see that its quite crystal clear, something that's new to me. Maybe its from another line of deodorants or what.
There were actually a lot of choices to choose from, and I happen to grab this bottle with the scent of Lemongrass. I had the chance to smell it when I used it and it wasn't bad either. The scent is not too strong, but its definitely there. It has the scent of freshness.
This is just my temporary stuff, so I opted for the smallest size. I got this for only a dollar, more or less.
At first I thought if this was a mistake or a joke, because how can a roll on be water like? The last ones I had didn't look anything like this. But maybe they have realized that the lotion like texture of the old ones really stains clothes. So yeah, I hope that this doesn't leave any marks on my shirts.
What type of deodorant do you prefer, this or the spray type? I used to like this one before, but then I learned that the sprayed on ones are better.
