Circle Lens Review: GEO Ultra Angel Grey XCM-215 from I WANT CUTE

The lenses I had in this post were provided by iwantcute. Though this is a sponsored post, all opinions stated here are mine and are 100% honest.

Hi guys! I'd like to ask for an apology first because this post has somewhat been long overdue. Today I'm going to do a review on the GEO Ultra Angel Grey Circle Lens that I got from Ms. Karyan of iwantcute. This is a sponsored post and I was given the product for review purposes. You might want to check them out at iwantcute, or you can click the banner found on my sidebar :)

iwantcute ♥ is a UK based online retailer distributing authentic GEO cosmetic coloured contact lenses worldwide.

If you happen to see their shop, you will notice that they have a wide range of lenses. With the choices that I had in mind, I decided to choose the GEO Ultra Angel Grey XCM-215 because I wanted a natural looking lens.

Package was wrapped properly both on the outside and inside (bubble wrap)

What's included:

♥ Free Lens Case

Closer look at the free lens. Yay for pink :)

Ultra Angel Series gives a fantastic colour and alluring size compared to the normal Angel Series. These are 14.8 mm in diameter and offers one of the largest dramatizations to your retina that is available from GEO.

● Base Curve: 8.6
● Diameter: 14.8mm
● Water % of Content: 42%
● Lens Type: 1 year disposable
● Manufacturer: Geo Medical

Hahaha I labeled the bottles L and R

The label says these lenses are 14.8 in diameter, so that would really be a huge difference in my eyes! And although I don't consider this as an enlargement lens, for someone like me the difference is just quite obvious. Aside from the grayish color that it gave me, people could tell I was wearing lenses because my eyes were slightly huge than usual.

Now the very reason why I chose this lens was because I wanted a natural looking lens, and since most eyes are brown or black, that's why I chose gray. But then I was wrong because gray was even more noticeable, so yeah I think I made a wrong choice. So if you want to buy natural looking lenses, then I suggest you try those within the shades of brown or something (that's if you are in the Philippines.) Also, what added to its "not so natural look" are the black outer bands. Because normal eyes dont have colors in the middle then black circles right?

Like I said, its quite noticeable. Also, I only had these on me for 2 hours or something as my eyes were already starting to itch. Clearly not suitable to wear if you plan to party for hours.

Colour: 5/5
Although I was wrong in choosing this when I was looking for a natural looking lens, I love the gray color. It made me look like someone with a strong personality.
Pattern 4/5
The pattern and design were quite okay.
Comfort 3/5
The lens was comfortable at first after I put it on. But like I mentioned, I have only been wearing them for about two hours or more when my eyes started to feel itchy.
Enlargement 4/5
It won't be quite obvious because I don't have Chinese or chinky eyes but if you will look closely, you will surely know that these has enlarged my eyes a bit.
I would definitely recommend them, but you just have to be ready with eye drops in case it starts to get dry and itchy on your eyes.
