Product Review: St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub (Invigorating)

I have been using this product for weeks already so now I think I can do a review on it. I bought this small bottle of St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub for more or less $4 at Watson's. I bought this because I have been hearing good reviews about this facial scrub, and also I wanted to see what the fuss was all about.

Im not sure as to how many variants there are, I'm sure there are a lot but in Watson's I only found two. I would have preferred the other one but since it was only available in a bigger bottle, I opted for this one. After all, I am still in the process of finding a good facial scrub that would suit me.

At the back of the packaging you can see the direction on how to use the product as well as the ingredients used in manufacturing.

My Review:

>> Packaging <<
I am really glad that there is a small tube for this scrub because I can carry it in my bag easily. Although I would very much appreciate it if all variants have smaller bottles. But then I dislike its opening. Twisting the cap to get the contents for me is a hassle, plus squeezing the tube would sometimes result to getting a huge amount which is more that what I needed. I'm not sure for the bigger sizes if its the same though.

>> Scent <<
I love how it smells :3 But I dont know if it smells of apricot lol. It isnt too strong, just the right amount so as not to make the product boring.

In this photo you can clearly see that there are brown/orange spots on the product. I think those are the micro scrubs which helps in cleaning the face and eliminating the dirt, dead skin and other impurities. Its kinda rough on the face, but if you gently scrub it wouldn't hurt that much.

I am happy with this product. I have already proven its effectiveness, and now I know why many bloggers love it. Its really effective and is a nice facial scrub. And for the price, it is worth it. The product says it should be used 2 to 3 times a week but since I am really loving it I use it everyday :P If you are looking for a good facial scrub that is effective and affordable then I suggest you try out St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub.
